For students who need access to a computer and/or course software to complete their academic requirements for the semester, below is a list of locations and methods for accessing these resources, either on-site or remotely.

ITS COMPUTERS AVAILABLE ON-SITE:

Workstations with course software are available at the locations below.

  • NYC Tech Zone: One Pace Plaza, Room W202
  • PLV CRC: Willcox Hall, 2nd Floor
  • Other Locations Around Campus – A number of computers have been redistributed to other areas around the NYC and PLV campuses temporarily. Please see Campus Locations for Satellite ITS Lab Computers.

Note: Individuals are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting the equipment before and after use (supplies will be available) and will need to follow the university’s stated guidelines for everyone’s protection.

REMOTE ACCESS TO COURSE SOFTWARE:

ITS provides access to course software remotely via the methods below.

  • Remote Lab (www.pace.edu/remotelab) – As a temporary measure, some of the ITS computer lab workstations and their installed software are available remotely for general access and as part of pre-defined courses.
  • Virtual Lab (virtuallab.pace.edu) – Access available course software right through your web browser. No need to install any software on your computer.
  • RDSessionFarm1 (Windows Terminal Services) – Full Virtual Windows Desktop preloaded with course software. To connect, please follow either the Windows or Mac instructions, depending on the operating system you have.

Note: Duo MFA is required to access these resources. Please review the Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) article for a full list of protected systems.
