As we continue to improve security measures for your personal data, we have enhanced the Password Reset Utility with an alternative email address feature. You will now be asked to enter an alternative email address in order to complete the password reset process. We also strongly recommend that you set your security questions with unique answers only you would know. All this can be completed through

Please note: You must ensure you have set up your alternative email address within MyPace Portal. If you already have this set up, please update the information if changes are needed. You can do this under the “Personal Information” link within your Student, Faculty, or Staff tab.
