ITS just completed an upgrade to the Exchange email servers, which allowed us to increase the amount of storage space for staff and faculty email accounts by 50%. The available storage quota for these mailboxes went from 10 GB to 15 GB. The additional storage space will allow staff and faculty to store more emails than before, therefore reducing the frequency at which they need to delete old emails to make space for newer content. For departmental/shared mailboxes, the quota has been increased from 2 GB to 5 GB.
