ITS implemented a new option for Pace students who need to get Duo bypass codes to access Duo-protected systems. This new service is meant to help students who have lost access to their Duo enrolled mobile device and/or Duo Mobile app. You can now visit adam.pace.edu and click on ‘Create Duo Bypass Codes‘ on the right side of the page, under the Account Management section.
After logging in with your MyPace username and password, you’ll need to enter an alternate (non-Pace) email address already on file in your MyPace Portal profile. You’ll then receive an email in that account with a link to continue. Click on the link and correctly answer your MyPace security questions, which you should already have saved in the system. You will then be provided with ten bypass codes. Each code can only be used one time and all codes will expire after 14 days of creation. To obtain additional bypass codes, just repeat the steps above.
