In a continued effort to better safeguard user accounts and Pace systems, ITS will be expanding multifactor authentication (MFA) to additional applications housed on the Appsrv servers. The Grades application (https://appsrv.pace.edu/grades) will begin requiring the Duo MFA passcode as of Friday, October 1st. The Faculty Annual Assignment application (https://appsrv.pace.edu/FAA) will follow later on October 27th. Additional Appsrv applications will be enabled for Duo MFA in October and throughout the fall semester.
If you are already enrolled in Duo MFA, you should be all set. When you log in to any system that requires Duo MFA, you’ll just need to enter a valid Duo 6-digit passcode. If you have NOT yet enrolled in Duo MFA, please enroll now via the self-service enrollment portal at www.pace.edu/duo (MyPace Portal username and password required).
For detailed steps on how to use the enrollment portal, please refer to this article: Duo (MFA): First Device Enrollment.
For a current list of the systems that are being protected by Duo MFA, please view the Duo Multifactor Authentication (MFA) article.
