As mentioned in President Marvin Krislov’s welcome email message to the Pace community on Thursday, September 9th, Pace administration is committed to ensuring that Pace University is an inclusive space, where everyone sees themselves in our community. To help support that goal, Information Technology Services (ITS) collaborated with University Relations, the Office of Institutional Equity/Title IX Compliance, and the Provost’s Office to successfully implement a new conduct reporting system, through which community members are now able to register incidents when Pace community members are not living up to these values.
The integrated incident report form includes fields to enter all necessary details and also supports attachment uploads in different formats for inclusion of supporting documentation.
Please note that the incident report form is not meant for more immediate threats to safety or security. In case of an emergency, Pace community members should contact Campus Safety & Security at 914-773-3400 for Pleasantville, or 212-346-1800 for New York City, or 914-422-4111 for the Law School.
To access the incident report form, go to Incident Reporting System. You will need to log in with your MyPace username and password, plus your Duo MFA passcode.
