After many months of collaborative work, the new CRM Advise system will be launching on April 15th. The go-live date was planned to coincide with the kick-off of the Onboarding season for the Honors College, as the Honors advisement team will be the inaugural user group on the platform. We look forward to this team paving the way for Central Advisement to join in the coming weeks when the main Onboarding season begins.
The new CRM system will be a major improvement to former systems used in the Onboarding process. CRM Advise will serve as the single platform to replace the myriad of tools used in previous semesters, bringing together all advising and reporting needs into one system. Moving beyond Onboarding, we plan to optimize CRM Advise in the coming months to help manage our continuing student population, using tools such as automated alerts, communication plans, and risk-level tracking to ensure we are providing students with an advising experience of the highest quality. We look forward to the continued improvement and development of this system in the post-go-live phase of the project and will continue to update stakeholders of key changes and enhancements to the system.
