Around 20 University areas are now using the new help desk system (https://helpdesk.pace.edu) to collect, track, organize, and manage incoming inquiries, requests, and support tickets. Some of those departments have also been leveraging the ability to provide quick FAQs, instructions, and general information via the built-in searchable knowledge base. By typing a topic query or question in the Search toolbar, readers can easily search and find quick answers and how-to steps on a variety of topics. As of this writing, there are over 700 articles available and new content is being added as additional topics are identified. We encourage Pace members to take advantage of this centralized and convenient resource for finding answers and other pertinent information. Members also have the ability to leave a comment or feedback, which can help us add more topics or improve the content.
