Starting in fall 2024, Information Technology Services (ITS) will introduce new functionality to the T-Bone chatbot that allows students to check for any account holds directly. By asking T-Bone, “What are my holds?” students will be prompted to enter their Pace credentials. Once validated, T-Bone will provide them with up-to-date account information. Currently, students need to contact the Registrar’s Office, Student Accounts, or their academic advisor to access this information. Soon, T-Bone will be able to help!

In the coming months, additional features will be rolled out, allowing T-Bone to answer more student-specific questions in real time. ITS will announce each feature as it becomes available.

As a reminder, you can find T-Bone on the Pace Portal, the Help Desk Knowledge Base, and many University webpages, such as ITSStudent AccountsFinancial Aid, and Registrar.
