T-Bone has been hard at work over the winter break, answering 3,000 questions in the past 30 days—even when the University was closed. Over the same period, T-Bone received 90 expressions of gratitude from the Pace Community!
The most common questions T-Bone receives are about submitting immunization records, registering for classes, accessing an unofficial transcript, and viewing a student’s schedule.
We’re excited to share that T-Bone can now provide specific, personalized information from your student record in Banner. After authenticating with your Pace student credentials, you can ask T-Bone these personalized questions:
- “What are my holds?”
- “Who is my advisor?”
Next, we’re training T-Bone to answer:
- “What is my GPA?”
This initiative gives you a secure, convenient way to get answers to these specific questions anytime—no need to wait for office hours, appointments, or staff availability.
