T-Bone has been hard at work over the winter break, answering 3,000 questions in the past 30 days—even when the University was closed. Over the same period, T-Bone received 90 expressions of gratitude from the Pace Community!
While most questions come from students and focus on topics such as submitting immunization records, registering for classes, accessing unofficial transcripts, and viewing schedules, T-Bone also supports faculty and staff by providing quick answers to common inquiries.
To enhance the support available to students, we’ve been training T-Bone to provide specific, personalized information directly from their Banner records. Currently, after a student authenticates with their Pace credentials, T-Bone can answer two personalized questions:
- “What are my holds?”
- “Who is my advisor?”
The next step is training T-Bone to answer:
- “What is my GPA?”
This initiative gives students a secure, convenient way to get answers anytime—no need to wait for office hours, appointments, or staff availability.
Stay tuned for updates as T-Bone’s capabilities continue to expand!
You can find T-Bone on the Pace Portal, in the Help Desk Knowledge Base, and on University webpages for ITS, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Registrar.
