Information Technology Services (ITS) has launched a new Academic Support Team, bringing together existing University staff with instructional technology expertise into a centralized group. This team is dedicated to supporting the instructional IT needs of Pace faculty and staff, aligning with the University’s ongoing transformation work.
The Academic Support Team assists faculty and staff with:
- Integrating technology into courses
- Resolving IT issues
- Providing training on instructional tools and systems
- Supporting technology planning for school-controlled spaces
- Help Onboarding new employees
- Presenting to students on the effective and ethical use of academic technologies
This change consolidates responsibilities previously managed by individual schools or separate ITS areas, allowing for more coordinated service delivery and streamlined operations.
