LanFax, the service that enables users to send and receive faxes through their Pace email account without the need for a physical fax machine, will be retired on December 31, 2025.
The service will remain fully available through the retirement date. As usage has steadily declined in recent years and the service has become underutilized, retiring LanFax will allow us to streamline and focus resources on the most widely used and effective tools that better support the University community.
What’s Next?
If you currently rely on LanFax, we encourage you to begin transitioning to alternative solutions. ITS will provide guidance and support throughout the process to ensure a smooth transition.
