Pace students, faculty, and staff can access our IT Knowledge Base anytime, from anywhere. This online resource offers tutorials, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions on a wide range of Pace-supported systems and IT procedures.

T-Bone Chatbot:

Need answers fast? T-Bone, Pace’s virtual assistant, is regularly updated with information from across the University, including IT. You can interact with T-Bone through the Knowledge Base, Pace Portal, and department websites such as ITS, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Registrar. T-Bone can even help students with specific queries, like “What are my holds?” or “Who is my advisor?”

Computer and Course Software Access:

ITS maintains several locations with both Windows and Mac computers, all equipped with high-speed Internet and software to support academic and computing needs.
