Update Your Personal Information: As we approach year-end, it’s important for all employees to review and update their personal information in UKG. Please ensure your home/mailing address is current, and that you have a personal email and phone number in UKG.
To access Employee Self Service user guides, log in to UKG and click on the Training Library tab located on your employee dashboard. Refer to the Employee Self-Service section where you will find all self-service guides and training resources.
Accessing UKG Pay Statements and W-2 Forms: UKG is our payroll provider for pay statements and W-2 forms. To access these documents for tax years 2024 and after, navigate to the My Pay widget on your UKG home page.
