Starting in fall 2024, Information Technology Services (ITS) will introduce new functionality to the T-Bone chatbot that allows students to check for any account holds directly. If you ask T-Bone, “What are my holds?” it will prompt you to enter your Pace credentials. Once validated, T-Bone will provide you with up-to-date account information. Currently, students need to contact the Registrar’s Office, Student Accounts, or their academic advisor to access this information. Soon, T-Bone will be able to help!

In the coming months, we will be teaching T-Bone how to answer other important questions, from your own data, to help you get the information you need, when you need it. ITS will be announcing when each new feature becomes available.

As a reminder, you can find T-Bone on the Pace Portal, the Help Desk Knowledge Base, and many University webpages, such as ITSStudent AccountsFinancial Aid, and Registrar.
