Did you know? T-Bone has engaged in over 6,500 chats with the Pace Community this fall semester across all contact pages. More than 2,000 of these inquiries were submitted through the Pace Portal alone. The most common questions T-Bone receives via the Pace Portal are about submitting immunization records, locating the 1098-T form, accessing an unofficial transcript, and viewing a student’s schedule.
In our September newsletter, we shared that T-Bone is now able to help students check if they have any personal holds on their account and guide them on how to resolve them. You simply need to type, “What are my holds?” T-Bone will then ask you to log in to the Pace Portal if you’re not already authenticated to access your account information.
The programming team is currently working to add a feature that will enable T-Bone to answer the question, “Who is my advisor?” for students. We hope to provide an update on this feature soon, so stay tuned!
Remember, you can find T-Bone on the Pace Portal, in the Help Desk Knowledge Base, and on various University webpages, including ITS, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Registrar.
