The upgrade is underway for our current Alcatel phone system to a Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) phone solution. The replacement of faculty/staff and administrative telephones will continue throughout the year. We have training available to help the University community members learn the new Cisco phone system. ITS will be sending out communication to groups scheduled with detailed information and instructions.
