In collaboration with academic advising staff from across the institution, the CRM Advise system is being implemented with the aim of improving the student advising experience. Bringing together data from various existing student systems, Advise will help to facilitate targeted communications and intervention strategies, as well as help identify at-risk students in a timely manner. We’re working closely with advisors in the First Year Experience program, Central Advising, as well as the Honors College to deliver a solution that meets the needs of all stakeholders. The planned go-live date is mid-April 2022, as we plan to use it to onboard our incoming class of Fall 2022.
