As part of the recent Office 365 rollout, ITS successfully implemented Microsoft Teams this summer.  Teams is a unified communications platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage, and application integration.  The collaboration and productivity software includes features such as real-time collaboration and file-sharing between University members.

Currently, faculty and staff can download and install the Teams software by going to https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads, or from the Office 365 Portal at https://portal.office.com.  A team workspace is also required for communication and collaboration with other members of a designated group.

To request a team workspace, please submit a help desk ticket request via http://help.pace.edu (log in with your MyPace Portal username and password).  Use the following request type: Information Technology > File Share and Server Management > Teams or SharePoint Request > Create Teams or SharePoint Site
