Earlier this semester, Information Technology Services (ITS) launched a beta version of our brand-new Pace Portal, which is officially going live on May 16, 2023! The soft beta launch allows you to start getting familiar with the Portal’s new look and feel before the University officially switches over to the new version. In addition, it will help the development team to gather additional feedback, so they can continue to enhance the new upcoming version.

Here are some new features to mention:

  1. More Personalization: Upon logging in, the main landing pages (e.g. Home, Student, Staff, Faculty) are personalized with your information. This includes your University ID (UID) number and Pace email/username. Students also have their campus and degree major listed, while staff/faculty can see their title, department, and main campus.
  2. Student’s Registered Courses: Students are also able to view their currently-registered courses on the main page.
  3. New Search Feature: A new search bar has been added at the top of the page to help you easily and quickly find the information and resources you need to access. Not sure where to find a specific link? Try the search bar instead.
  4. Ease of transition: All the links you are used to finding on the current portal are still there, grouped on the Student, Faculty, and Staff pages.

Right now, you can check out the Pace Portal beta and see the available features by logging in at https://portal-beta.pace.edu/ (MyPace username, password, and Duo passcode required).

Your feedback and suggestions are welcome!

You can help us further improve the new Pace Portal before the official launch! Just explore the beta version and share your feedback with ITS. We’ll review your valued comments/suggestions and use that information to make tweaks and improvements before the official launch on May 16, 2023.
